Focus & Finish Tutoring (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides private-pay, online tutoring services. By using this website or engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms.
 
Services
Focus & Finish Tutoring provides academic support, including homework help, study skills, organization, and time management. Services are educational in nature and are not therapy, medical care, or clinical services.
We do not provide behavioral health treatment, diagnosis, or intervention services.

Eligibility
Services are intended for parents or caregivers of elementary and middle school students. By submitting a form or engaging in services, you confirm that you are the legal guardian or authorized to act on behalf of the child.

Scheduling and Communication
Sessions are scheduled directly with families after initial contact. We communicate via email or other agreed-upon methods to coordinate services.
We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests at our discretion.

Payment
All services are private-pay. Payment terms, rates, and scheduling details will be provided directly to families before services begin.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Families are expected to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Specific policies will be communicated prior to the start of services.

Missed sessions without notice may be subject to charges.

No Guarantees
While we aim to support each child’s progress, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Progress depends on many factors, including participation, consistency, and home environment.

Parent Responsibility
Parents or caregivers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their child

• Participate in communication as needed

• Support consistency outside of sessions when appropriate
   

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Focus & Finish Tutoring is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.
